LAMP - Registry for technical and planning documentation

LAMP - Register of technical and planning documentation of the Ministry of Tourism and Sustainable Development fully satisfies the efficient and successful management of all technical and planning documents in the territory of Montenegro. This web solution allows users a complete insight into each of the individual documents either through free access to the Portal or through the assignment of specific user roles.

The structure of this web solution is multiple in the sense that the Register of Technical Documentation and the Register of Planning Documentation are kept separately.

Registry of technical documentation

Registry of technical documentation is kept according to the principle of record forms which are prescribed by legal regulations and consist of:

1. Broj upisa
2. Date of record
3. Number of building permit or other administrative act
4. Investor name
5. Location data (planning document, urban plot, cadastral plot)
6. Investor name
7. Information on the type and purpose of the building
8. Data on technical documentation on the basis of which the construction permit is issued (preliminary or main design)
9. Data on the company, legal entity or entrepreneur who prepared the technical documentation
10. Data on the leading designer and responsible designers
11. Data on revision of technical documentation
12. Data on the auditor of the technical documentation
13. Notes

Register of planning documentation

The register of planning documentation is kept in the manner prescribed by law and on the basis of the Ordinance on the content and manner of keeping the planning documentation, and this means:

1. Number of entry
2. Date of record
3. Name of the planning document (state or local) and decision on making the planning document
4. Name and seat of the processor of the planning document
5. The area covered by the planning document
6. Planski dokument u digitalnoj formi
7. Notes

The register of planning documentation is kept in the manner prescribed by law and on the basis of the Ordinance on the content and manner of keeping the planning documentation, and this means:
