The results of the project CultDmap - Interactive digital map of the cultural heritage of Montenegro were presented today, March 9, at the Final Forum held at the Hilton Hotel.
CultDMap aims to encourage innovation in Montenegrin tourism, through the digitization of cultural heritage by building new services and products to maximize usability, accessibility, accessibility and reuse nationally and internationally.
Niksic is the first municipality covered by the project. This municipality, the largest in the former Yugoslavia by territory, is recognized for its rich cultural layers.
We would like to emphasize that the project will be further developed after Nikšić, and for the sake of sustainability we plan to add new functionalities that are not foreseen in the pilot version. Our goal is to spread the project to all Montenegrin municipalities.
CultDMap was realized by Čikom and the Faculty of Arts UDG within the Program of the European Union and Montenegro for employment, education and social protection. This project is co-financed by the European Union.
